COVID-19 UPDATES

As the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to expand, the health and safety of the Lastballsix community remain our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation. We will share updates to our service and policies here to ensure that clients are able to get the help they need and that Providers have appropriate guidance and support to Service — safely and effectively — during these challenging times.


LASTBALLSIX HEALTH & SAFETY STANDARD

To use Lastballsix, you agree to follow standards for healthy and safe servicing, shared by everyone in our community: opt for contact-less Services and keep at least 6 feet/2 meters physical distance from others at all times. For in-person Services, confirm you have not had COVID-19, related symptoms, or known exposure to anyone with COVID-19. If you have, be sure to comply with all local health authority quarantine timelines before using Lastballsix. Wear a face covering during the task. Sanitize your hands and all high-touch surfaces and items before, during, and after the task. Follow all applicable public health guidelines and regulations.

Lastballsix is here to help the community, and we are committed to keeping our platform open to allow Providers and clients to connect for services, in accordance with applicable guidance from government authorities.


CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a concern worldwide, we want to offer customers more flexibility by waiving cancellation fees if you cancel a Service within 24 hours of the scheduled start time due to illness. Providers also have been advised to reschedule any Services if they are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19. The health of the Lastballsix community is important to us. In case you need to make a change to your Services, visit the My Booking section of the Lastballsix apps.



2. LASTBALLSIX 101


ARE WE COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We do not share your personal data to third-party.
During the Account registration process and during your usage of Lastballsix application, we will collect information such as your name, mobile number, email address. You also may provide us your photo, address and your short biography. We may also collect personal information that you post in your Profile or Feedback, and any comments of review of service in mobile application.


ARE PROVIDERS LICENSED?

Providers come from a variety of backgrounds, including young professionals and stay-at-home parents! They're independent contractors who work for themselves and are not employed by Lastballsix. Providers bring a lot of personal experience and expertise but are not licensed professionals. Per our Terms of Service, Lastballsix is a communications platform that connects Clients and Providers. If your Service requires a license, please reach out to a Verified service provider in that field.


WHAT DOES LASTBALLSIX OFFER?

Let Lastballsix help you get more time back in your day! You can book Services in a variety of categories. Whether you need monthly services or assistance, Lastballsix can connect you with an independent contractor in your area. Search from the Lastballsix Apps homepage to find your desired category.


IS LASTBALLSIX IN MY CITY?

You must be located in one of the cities listed below to register as a Provider. Don't see your city? Feel free to fill out this form if you'd like to know when Lastballsix Platform is coming to your area. We’ll happily reach out once registration opens there. We're currently available in the following BD cities:
Dhaka
Chittagong
Sylhet
Rajshahi
Khulna
Barisal
Rangpur
Cumilla
Mymensingh


WHY DO YOU NEED MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

The Payment Method of Lastballsix Platform is Paying Cash & Payment gateway, so booking a Task, client may require a valid credit/debit card or Mobile Banking if client want to pay with Cashless. Don't worry—you won't be charged until after the Service is completed.


DO PROVIDERS SEE MY PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, OR ADDRESS?

Providers never receive your phone number or email address until they accept your Service invite. All communication goes through the Lastballsix platform. There's no need to exchange personal contact info because the chat features allow Providers to contact you directly from the app. The full address of your Service is also hidden from the Provider until they accept your Service invite.




3. BOOKING


HOW CAN I BOOK MY SERVICE IN ADVANCE?

You can book a Service using schedule a booking in advance through the Lastballsix Mobile App.


CAN I BOOK A SAME DAY SERVICE?

You can book same day Services by clicking the option of “As Soon As Possible” while viewing potential Providers. Please note: Booking a same day Service depends on Provider availability in your area. If no Providers are available, you won't be able to get the service a same day task.


HOW DO I CHOOSE A CATEGORY FOR MY SERVICE?

We have a number of different Service categories available to choose from, but not every Service will fall neatly into one category. If you're not sure which category applies, choose the one that best fits the Service you need help with. If the category you chose isn't the best fit for the task, you can discuss with support concerns with your Provider once you've booked.


WHAT INFO SHOULD I PUT IN THE SERVICE DESCRIPTION?

The Service description is where you'll be entering in anything important that your Provider needs to know. It's important to be thorough in your Services description, so your Provider knows what's expected of them, any tools or supplies they'll need to bring for your task, and exactly what you need done.


WHAT SHOULD I PUT AS THE SERVICE LOCATION OR ADDRESS?

The Service Location (or address) should be listed as either the place the Service will take place.


HOW DO I APPLY COUPON CODES?

To apply Coupon codes on the Lastballsix app:
Begin booking your Service until you reach the "Continue" page
Tap “Coupon Code" in left to input your Coupon code
Tap "Apply" to right to finish applying your Coupon Code.


HOW DO I BOOK A SERVICE?

Log into your Lastballsix Account.
Choose your Service category on the app's home screen or by using the search bar at the top.
Fill out the requested info, including the address, hints, and additional details. You can book a Service using as soon as possible or schedule an order in advance.
Click Continue to See booking summary and Prices & Providers info in your Booking Summery page.
After selecting Confirm & Booking Now then you get a thank you message & you have connected with Provider.


HOW DO I BOOK MORE THAN ONE SERVICE IF I NEEDED?

You'll need to book Service separately as like Book a Service.



4. PROVIDER


CAN I CONTACT A PROVIDER BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE?

Once you've viewed the service details page you also see the Provider details, you'll be able to send a message them through the Lastballsix app. If you decide the Provider isn't the best fit for your service, you can always cancel the service booking.


WHAT INFO CAN I SEE ABOUT PROVIDERS?

By clicking view more at Provider fild, you can see:
Whether they're a Verified Provider or not
Their reviews and how many stars they have out of 5.


HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PROVIDER IS BEST FOR MY SERVICE?

The best Provider for you depends on what you need help with and what's most important for your Service.


HOW DO I REHIRE A PROVIDER?

Rehiring a previous Provider on the Lastballsix app is easy. Same process as like Booking a Service.



5. SERVICE


HOW DO I CONTACT MY PROVIDER?

Be sure to contact your Provider through your Services chat thread, as it allows for secure communication through the Lastballsix Platform.
To chat or call your Provider on Lastballsix app:
Tap “Booking” on the app's bottom navigation.
Tap "Booking Present Status" on the relevant Service & Tap the chat icon at contact Provider to go to the services chat thread.
If you want to call your Provider, tap the phone icon at the middle right of the Booking screen.


HOW DO I CHAT WITH MY PROVIDER AFTER A SERVICE IS COMPLETED?

You’ll still be able to chat with your Provider after they submit their invoice & complete the Service thread.


HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW?

After a Service has been done & confirm payment to paid by the Provider, you can leave a rating and review of your Provider to the Lastballsix app in your Booking page.
When leaving a review, you can rate your experience with your Provider on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. 1-2 stars will display as a “negative” rating, and 3-5 stars as a “positive” rating. At the bottom of the screen, you can also leave a public written review for your Provider.


CAN I EDIT MY SERVICE ONCE IT'S BOOKED?

Service details can't be edited once a Service is booked, so discuss any changes or clarification with your Provider directly. Your Provider can reschedule the date and time of your Service if needed. If the scope of your Service changed, be sure your Provider knows as soon as possible.


MY PROVIDER IS LATE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're sorry your Provider hasn't arrived. If your Service hasn't been canceled yet, please try contacting your Provider. If they don't reply, make a note of that in your Services chat thread and cancel the task. You can then rebook your Service and find a new Provider.


WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

There is NO CANCELATION FEE.
If you cancel a confirmed Service within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, you may be not charged as a cancellation fee at the Provider’s rate.
We have this policy because Providers are reserving time to help you, and turning down other work to do so.
Cancellations are reviewed internally to determine if a fee is applicable.
If the cancellation is the fault of the Provider, you won't be charged the fee.


MY PROVIDER CANCELED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're sorry your Provider didn't fulfill their commitments and canceled the task. If you still need your Service completed, you can rebook your Service and find a new Provider.


MY SERVICE NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED BUT SOME WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If some work has been completed, you and your Provider should determine the number of hours/assumption of amount of task that should be invoiced. If you can't come to an agreement, our Customer Support team can help immediate.



6. ACCOUNT


HOW DO I CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT?

Go to the Lastballsix Apps Home Page Left Nev Bar & tap the "Register" button in top or go to the Account Login page "Don’t have an Account" button you can register your account using Full Name, Email, Mobile & Password.
After submitting the "Register" button, a Phone Verification page is arrived & you will get an OTP code to verify the Phone Number.
After that you can Login your account through the Email ID & Password in Account Login Page.
Also, you can register a new account at lastballsix website as same process or using your social login.


HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your email address, and follow the instructions emailed to you.


CAN I CREATE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT?

It's possible to mark that your account is used for business Services. To do this, you need to use the Lastballsix website to make the change, this option isn't available on the app.
Login your Account in Lastballsix Website.
Click Become a Provider in the top-right corner of the screen.
Put all details as mentioned of the screen & click the Save button.
We review your account information & contact with you for more details if needed.
After approval your account by us, then you can get the Provider screen & start your business using Provider apps.


CAN I CHANGE THE PHONE NUMBER & EMAIL ON MY ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can do it using your profile edit option with phone Verification. If your phone number & email id associated with another account, it's can't be possible to use there.



7. PAYMENT


HOW DO I PAY MY PROVIDER?

You can pay Cash or using secure Payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Mobile Banking) after done the Service & create the invoice.


WHAT'S THE LASTBALLSIX SERVICE FEE?

There is no service fee to get the services in Lastballsix Platform except some special categories. It’s will be mentioned in service page before booking the services.


WHAT'S THE LASTBALLSIX TAX FEE?

If applicable, it will be added at invoice as per Govt. rules & regulation.


CAN I USE MY CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD/MOBILE BANKING ON MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can use.


MY INVOICE IS INCORRECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact your Provider through the Service chat thread to try and resolve the issue. If not, contact with us directly about it.
